| In October 2004, the SBRHS hosted its first Educational Outreach Program in San Pedro, California. The locomotive and a short train traveled down to San Pedro and the Port of Los Angeles via the Alameda Corridor and for 4 days hosted several hundred school kids; teaching them railroad history, safety and science. |
